How much does it cost?
Starting as low as $29.97 per month with two-way voice system. This includes all equipment and Sievers Security professional monitoring.

What payment options can I have?
We offer automatic credit card billing or checking account debit service.

How fast can I get a Medical Alarm System?
We ship UPS Ground service within 24 hours from the time you place your order.

What happens if I have a problem or need maintenance?
You pay nothing. Your unit is completely covered by our warranty with no deductible. As long as you subscribe to our service, you are covered. If any problem arises with your equipment, we will ship a new unit to you immediately.

What happens if I move?
No problem. Just notify our staff that you have moved and give them your new address and phone number, then simply unplug your system and take it with you!

What happens if my electrical power goes out?
The system continues to function during power outages. The fully rechargeable battery will enable you to enjoy Medical Alarm protection without interruption for up to 18 hours. When the power comes back on, the battery simply recharges automatically.

You can order your Medical Alarm System online, or call our toll free number 877-ALARM-61 (877-252-7661). Our friendly, professional representatives will answer any of your questions and arrange to ship your Medical Alarm System to you immediately.

What happens if I am unable to unlock my front door for the emergency help to enter my home? We can supply you with a realtor lockbox that hangs on your front door knob. Inside the box is your front door key. When we call the Emergency Medical Service at your local fire department our operators will tell them the combination of the lockbox so that they may gain access to the front door key. Or you can simply hide a key outside your home and we will inform the EMS as to the location. Or you may leave a key with a neighbor.

How long do I have to keep it?
The initial term of the agreement is 90 days. After 90 days you may return the unit whenever you like. If for some reason you decide the system will not work for your family you may return the system within 10 days of receiving the unit.

Is the monthly fee covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or Insurance companies?
No.

Can it protect both my Mom and Dad?
Yes. There is no extra monthly charge.The monitoring fee remains the same but the extra pendant will cost $36.
